Think About Your Thinking

 Did you know that the average human brain processes anywhere from 40,000 to 60,000 thoughts a day.  Many of those thoughts are mundane from “I need to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich” to “what time is the party again?”.  However many other thoughts are judgmental in nature and often very self critical. And since a belief is formed when we think something over and over again – We really need to guard our thinking and be intentional about what we focus on.  You literally can change your entire life by changing your thinking and therefore your self limiting beliefs.
